Fran Draper

Fran has worked in Health and Social Care in the Bristol region for many years and has always been involved with information sharing across organisations, which require transformational change.  Starting out in a mental health crisis team, working in the community and with experience working for social and secondary Care, Fran is passionate about ensuring that everything possible is in place to deliver better, safer care to individuals.

She has recently spoken at the King’s Fund and the Digital Health and Care Conference in London about the ‘Connecting Care Experience’ in the South West of England.  Currently Fran is working with the team to develop and deliver innovative scalable solutions to allow Care Homes to view and input relevant up to date information.  This data will help deliver seamless transfers of care between settings, and help support a number of initiatives designed to increase dignity, reassurance and comfort to residents, carers, families and staff alike.
