Connected solutions to social isolation and loneliness |
Jasmin Berghammer graduated as Master of Science in Social Economics at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria. In the course of her studies she lived in the US, in Peru, Venezuela, as well as India. Alongside her university education she worked, amongst others, for the Organization of American States (OAS) and for the International Center for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). After graduation she started her career at the Austrian Federal Procurement Agency. Within the organization she founded and later on became head of the department for innovation and sustainability. She is an expert in Open Innovation as well as systemic organizational consulting. She has consulted a wide number of public sector organizations (health care organizations, ministries, public infrastructure organizations, cities,…) when it came to the implementation of innovative or/and sustainable projects.
In 2018 she started working for Caritas Vienna in the sector for elderly care. Caritas Vienna is one of Austria’s biggest non-profit-organizations. She was head of unit for the department of quality & innovation and supported the implementation of a variety of change and innovation projects. After one year of maternity leave she rejoined the organization and is now head of business development.
