Lorraine is a health, social care and housing lecturer/academic, retired from the Open University as Wales’s Manager for Health and Nursing. She is a proud Welsh woman who supports a daughter who has autism.
She is a member of the British Society of Gerontology, past Wales’s Ministerial Advisor on Ageing, Chair – My Home Life, and President of Welsh Nursing Academy. She is now an independent consultant and Chair of an innovative UK charity- Action for Elders. Finally, she is the Partnership’s Director for Jackie’s Revolution CIC.
