Leading the innovation team in establishing a baseline strategy for innovation management. Sevagram is an elderly care organization in the south of The Netherlands. The organization has 22 nursing homes, a geriatric rehabilitation center, two hospices and home care based in Heerlen, Maastricht and Heuvelland. There are 2,750 employees and 1,200 volunteers.
